In varied ways, education can be an integral part of an probationer's reintegration into society. The department was one of the first probation agencies to establish an in-house Education Services unit. The unit now comprises five different programs. Click the name of each to learn more.
Cognitive Skills Classes – offered to probationers who are required by the Court or referred by their probation officer
LEARN Adult Education Program – free GED prep classes for anyone age 18+
College & Career Development – education about how to find the right job and career pathway
Life Skills Classes – five areas for personal development
Internships - for university seniors age 21+
