Would you like to speak with a lawyer about your Family Court legal situation for free? Individuals who qualify will speak with an attorney one-on-one for 30 minutes, at the Pima County Superior Court Law Library. University of Arizona Free Family Court Default Clinic
(This clinic closes mid-May through mid-August)
Would you like to have help completing a default form for your Family Court case? Individuals who are representing themselves, and who have a Family Court case on file at Superior Court in Pima County, can receive free assistance from students enrolled in the University of Arizona’s Bachelor of Arts in Law program, when school is in session.
